I guess what Jonah and Dylan were shocked about the most when they received my email exactly one year ago was this: How does a senior living in Athens Greece find out about us? Well, it all began when I was looking at colleges to apply to. First one on my list at the time: Tufts University.

I managed to get an interview and thought, what better then to show how much I've researched not only the academic side, but also the clubs the university had to offer. Well, I guess I did my research too well, since the interviewer knew nothing about, this so called "Public Journal". Anyway, lets just say quoting "If only I could tell people I chew on my toenails" did not go over that well.

So in a nutshell, I emailed the two gurus, told them I would be in New York over the summer and that pretty much sealed the deal. I guess I was European in the sense that I thought "oh sure great idea, I will meet them for coffee." No fear, no limits.

Baby steps. First issue will come out Spring Semester.
